Director

Richard is a Director of the company, he qualified and started working as a Building Surveyor in 1995 with a B.Sc. Honours degree in Building Surveying and became a Chartered Surveyor and a Professional Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in 2002. Richard has a wealth of experience in a variety of projects ranging from residential extensions, refurbishments and new developments through to larger commercial conversions and new builds. He has an interest in the modern architectural style, and energy efficiency, having qualified as a Passiv-Haus designer. With a background in surveying and knowledge and experience of working with old and listed buildings he provides the company with a strong knowledge base in terms of building pathology, diagnosis of building problems and other areas of practice such as working with Party Walls. Richard has also undertaken several development projects himself, taking projects from conception through to completion and sale. Richard takes pride in having built a family business and expanding that to develop a close team who work well together.

Office Manager

Sarah is our Office Manager, she has been involved in the administration and organisation of the business since its inception in 2004 and is, alongside Richard, a Director of the company. Sarah is responsible for the many clerical tasks needed to make an office succeed. Her duties include managing the office finances, dealing with staff issues and establishing and maintaining policies and procedures. She keeps the office running smoothly, ensuring a supply of tea, coffee and chocolate.

Architectural Design Project Manager

 Damian is our Architectural Design Project Manager, he has worked within the industry for over 24 years. Damian has a passion for compliance and attention to detail. His project experience ranges from domestic residential design to larger manufacturing and industrial process led projects. As an experienced practitioner and team leader, he is dedicated to building new project structures, utilising collaborative working practices, digital technology, and information management to deliver better outcomes, client satisfaction and end user value. Away from work Damian enjoys coaching and playing football, learning to play drums, and can occasionally be found at the gym.  

Architectural Assistant

 Joe is our Architectural Assistant apprentice studying at London South Bank University and having worked with the company since 2021. Joe works on a variety of projects undertaking surveys, appraisals, preparation of drawings for planning and building regulation approval. Joe enjoys producing 3D photoreal colour renders and is pushing the company forward in this direction. Outside of work Joe enjoys going to the gym, watching films and gaming.  

Architectural Technologist

Pavle is our Architectural Technologist, he is involved in the preparation and development of projects from initial concept through planning and on to detailed construction drawings. He ensures a high quality of delivery when producing or updating drawings. Pavle assists with site appraisals, surveys, client meetings and site inspections. Away from work Pavle enjoys spending time with his family. He relaxes listening to music, riding his bike and playing guitar.
